Philadelphia and 60 minutes from Downtown Baltimore.

Driving
Directions from New York/New Jersey
Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to the Delaware Memorial Bridge.
Continue through the tolls and stay to the left. Follow the signs that
read South to I-95 & Wilmington/Baltimore. Then take I-95 North to
Wilmington. Take Exit 6 in Wilmington, Delaware (Maryland Avenue) and
turn right after the exit ramp onto Maryland Avenue. Follow the signs to
the Wilmington Riverfront, turning right just before the 1st traffic
light. Turn right onto South Madison Street and follow the event signs to
the parking areas.
Driving
Directions from Pennsylvania (Philadelphia)
Take I-95 South to Exit 6 in Wilmington, Delaware (Martin Luther King Jr.
Blvd.). Turn left at the 4th traffic light onto Martin Luther King Blvd.
Turn right at the 3rd traffic light onto South Madison Street and follow
the event signs to the parking areas.
Driving
Directions from Maryland
Take I-95 North to Exit 6 in Wilmington, Delaware (Maryland Avenue) and
turn right after the exit ramp onto Maryland Avenue. Follow the signs to
the Wilmington Riverfront, turning right just before the 1st traffic
light. Turn right onto South Madison Street and follow the event signs to
the parking areas.

Race Day Parking Plan:
Please allow yourself enough time to arrive, park, and
walk to the START on race morning. While there is plenty of parking within
walking distance of the race START, the lots we are being asked to use are
small and not quite as close to the race START as they have been in the
past. Please do not attempt to park at Tubman-Garrett Riverfront Park or
the Riverfront Market as these lots will be closed.

Lots A: 5 Delaware Tech Surface Lots: 2 lots at Second & Orange
Streets; 2 lots at Third and Orange Street; 1 lot is accessible from Third
& Tatnall Streets - 500 spaces total - 4 blocks to Start; 2 Colonial
Parking Surface Lots: Walnut & Front Streets and Second & Market Streets -
150 spaces total 3 blocks to Start; CHASE Building Surface Lot: Second &
King Streets 100 spaces 3 blocks to Start
Lots B: Hollingsworth Building Surface Lot Water & West Street
75 spaces 4 blocks to Start;
Frawley Stadium Outfield Lots - Justison & Madison Streets - 550
spaces - 1/2 mile to Start - walk to Restaurant Row - turn left onto
Riverwalk; Restaurant Row Surface Lots Justison & Madison Streets - 300
spaces.
Fee Based Parking for Participants, Spectators, and Volunteers:
Wilmington Parking Authority Garage ($3.00 All Day) at MLK Blvd & King
Street - 700 spaces - 1 block to Start. Amtrak Parking Garage (Normal
Daily Rates): MLK Blvd & Rosa Park Drive 200 spaces - across from Start
Access only from MLK BLVD.
CAUTION: These parking lots will be CLOSED on Marathon Sunday or are being
used only for Groups. Those allowed to park in these lots will be issued a
special parking pass.
Riverfront Market Lot at S. Shipley & Water Streets; Riverfront Market
Overflow Lot at Tubman Garrett Riverfront Park; All ING DIRECT Lots on
Water Street; Wilmington Parking Authority Lot on S. French Street behind
Amtrak Station/ING DIRECT Pennsylvania Building. Gated Surface Lot for
FireStones Restaurant at Tatnall & Water Streets; Barclay's Bank Parking
Garage on West Street/Justison Street; Crosby Hill Parking Garage at
Second & Market.
HANDICAPPED PARKING:
Behind the ING DIRECT B&O Building at S. Shipley and Water Streets. There
are only 12 spaces in this lot. You must email us for permission and sign
a waiver which must be on display on your vehicle.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are part of a VIP Parking Group, you must have
a Delaware Marathon parking pass displayed on your dashboard. Please see
your group leader to determine to which lot you are assigned.
