The Delaware Marathon has officially sold out!  We thank you for your interest in this growing aspect of our running festival.

Marathon Registration

Registration for the Delaware Marathon™ will open September 1. Registration will close at the end of business on Saturday April 30, 2013, or earlier if the field is filled. Please register early as we have sold out each year. The Race Director reserves the right to cap the size of the marathon field.

Last year, the marathon field was capped at 800 runners; the half marathon field at 1200 runners; and the relay marathon fields were capped at 1000 participants. This year, we also plan to cap the event at 3000 total runners.

There are two ways to register for this event. You may print and mail our PDF Entry Form or you may register online.

Registrants will be able to confirm their registration by viewing the 2013 participant listing on the website. Updated registrations are posted to the website on or about the 15th and 30th of each month. As race day approaches, we will update the participant listings more frequently.

Please take the time to confirm the accuracy of the registration information that is displayed on our website and email us with any corrections or further questions.

Marathon registrations are $95, if received or postmarked by April 1, 2013. For 50 State Marathon Club and Marathon Maniac runners, marathon registrations are $85 (a $10 discount). If our marathon field is not yet filled, marathon registrations received after April 1, 2013 will be accepted at $115. Any registrations received after the marathon field is filled will be destroyed.
